We reimagined the awards as more than a trophy, crafting an experience rooted in meaning. Combining design, symbolism, and storytelling to reflect both the achievement itself and Matillion’s role behind it.

Goal

Make every recipient feel recognised in a way that resonates. Create a moment they’re proud to share, while reinforcing the impact Matillion has on the work they deliver every day.

Solution

A beautifully crafted, personalised aluminium trophy with a premium finish, paired with a bespoke unboxing experience. Carefully considered details and craftsmanship come together to create a moment that feels elevated, personal, and built to be remembered.
